I am a little behind on movie news. I knew that this movie was coming out and as such, of course, there would be a trailer. I am a part of this great, supportive horror group on Twitter, and I saw a YouTube post, a trailer reaction to US from Chauncey K. Robinson. And I was like, oh yeah! So, thanks Chauncey!
Now, people that know me know that I’ve developed an immunity (somewhat) to horror films. I don’t jump, I don’t scream, I don’t gasp, I just…enjoy. There have been exceptions to this (The Conjuring is one of them). Get Out, also by Jordan Peele, didn’t scare me. It was incredibly clever, inventive, and awesome, but at no point was I scared. US though, just watching the trailer, the hairs on my arms stood up. I can’t wait to see this film. What do you guys think? You excited or what?
